couriers, we cover products with best materials to avoid damaging during
shipping.
RETURNING PRODUCT
When You receive product and it is working correctly - You cannot return it
or replace it to other product in the same price.
Returning of product and refund is possible only in case when product is not
working.
What to do if there is a problem with Your item.
- Step 1. Please login (login) to our software section and check manual
(directory: Software, manuals, docs/User Manuals PDF), please ensure
that You followed the instructions correctly.
- Step 2. Please login (login) to our software section and look in proper
sections for Your product drivers and other needed files (Software,
manuals, docs or Flash files, language files).
- Step 3. If You still face problems using our device -
please contact our Support section (contact
infromation is here).
- Step 4. If still no success please contact our sales
section for return information.
Postage shipping cost is payed by You. We dont refund it.
Please ship back using registered airmail otherwise shipment may be lost.
We return repaired or replaced item by registered priority post on our cost
unless You request for other (additionally payed) option.
DAMAGED PACKAGE - What to do if package and items inside
are damaged during delivery process.
Please take a picture of damaged package and damaged items and send it to our
Sales section. We will investigate it and make formal steps to solve this issue.
- In some cases we can ship some damaged parts to You for replacement
- In other cases we will make formal complain to deliverer.
You should inform us about any damage of shipment immediatelly after
receiving it. You have only three days after receiving the package to
make complain, any other claim made after this time will not be processed.
Please note: We do our best to pack our products to
avoid any damages.
ORDER CANCELATION
You can cancel order using account manager on our website (login). Go to order details. Order may be cancelled only when
there is available "You can cancel this order" function in other order
details section. If that function is not visible that means that order is
forwared to settlement.
If payment method is bank transfer or western union - return fee needed to retransfer
money to you will be taken from amount sended.
If payment is by credit card - full amount will be returned unless there is
no slight rate differences from VISA/MC. Unblocking (returning) funds from Your
credit card may take at least 30 days.
